Classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc
On the nose there is a powerful explosion of guava and an aromatic mix of varietal herbal note and cracked bay, complemented with tropical fruits, citrus and stone fruits and a precise minerality. The palate is elegantly proportioned with lovely soft acid carrying the fruit flavours to a very long, mouth watering aromatic finish.

After the hard work is done in the vineyard, the ripe fruit is harvested at just the right time. Grapes from individual vineyards and blocks were kept as separate as possible in the winery. The juice is split quickly from the skins and lightly clarified before a low-and-slow fermentation. Post-ferment the wines is left on yeast lees for a touch of added texture before blending and bottling. No animal products are used, creating a vegan friendly wine.
Terrific with fresh seafood, summer salads and grilled vegetables.
