A zippy, vibrant and really very drinkable Pecorino from Abruzzo’s hillside vineyards.
Fresh and vibrant, with aromas of citrus and white peach. The palate is crisp and mineral-driven, showing bright acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.
Established in 2003, Adria Vini is a winemaking venture jointly owned by Boutinot and Araldica Castelvero, the leading co-operative in the Monferrato hills of Piemonte. Our aim is to produce authentic, well-priced still and sparkling wines from local grape varieties. All aspects of production, from grape selection through to vinification, maturation, blending and bottling are meticulously overseen by Araldica's winemaking team of Claudio Manera and Lella Burdese. We source from a range of private growers and cooperatives, with whom we have long term relationships, principally in Veneto, Friuli, Lombardy, Sicily, Puglia, Abruzzo and Sardinia.
The grapes come from a longstanding partner in Abruzzo from where we also source the Conviviale Montepulciano. The hilly vineyards are on clay, sand and gravel soil.
Stainless steel fermentation, followed by a short period on fine lees.
Fresh seabass, a generous helping of samphire and lashings of Italian olive oil and lemon juice.
