Food Recommendations

A refreshing and fragrant Cabernet with fresh and bright flavours of blackcurrant. Silky textured, lifted on the mid-palate and with a smooth ripe finish.

Maison Boutinot wines are sourced from across France. As part of this sourcing process we not only look for outstanding quality from our grower partners, but where possible we source from sustainably certified vineyards. Many of the Maison Boutinot wines have HVE Level 3 Certification. This recognises a high level of commitment to protecting and enriching the environment with the focus on biodiversity conservation, plant protection strategy, management of fertiliser use and management of water. Alongside this, some of the wines are formerly certified Organic.

The vineyards of the Côtes de Thau surround the lagoons of the Bassin de Thau and benefit from a Mediterranean climate combined with gentle sea breezes, giving wines with great freshness and concentration.

Gently pressed to extract crunchy dark fruit flavours and then vinified in stainless steel to create a bright and fresh style of Cabernet.

Perfect with roast lamb with rosemary and garlic. Finish with a mature cheese such as parmesan.
