A great fun rosé for simple enjoyment
Gently rosé in colour, the aromas are fresh and enticing with delightful notes of citrus and exotic tropical fruits. The flavours are full and fruity in character with generous sweetly berried notes, a perfect balance of sweetness, freshness and fruitiness.
Shipped direct from Saint Tropez to Bakewell, Domaine Tropez was established in 1996 and comprises 50 hectares of AOC Côtes de Provence parcels. Following significant investments, including an ultra-modern cellar, it quickly became a standout in the appellation.
Located in a Mediterranean climate with diverse soils, Domaine Tropez emphasizes organic farming principles, limiting chemical use and employing certified organic fertilizers. Harvesting at low temperatures ensures elegant and complex rosés with distinctive pale colours.
The grapes are from selected terroirs in Provence and surrounds, harvested at perfect aromatic maturity and picked at night to retain freshness and flavour.
After destemming and a light crush, the grapes are gently pressed at low temperatures. The must undergoes cold-settling before alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks to preserve delicate aromas.
