Classic unoaked Chablis from the north of the region
A lean and flinty style that is a signature of the domaine. A fresh hit of white nectarine on the nose, with citrus, sweet lemon, and minerality on the palate. The finish is clean and long with refreshing acidity.
The vineyards of Maligny benefit from south-west exposure which brings considerable richness to the wines. The domaine has vineyards across all four appellations in the village; Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume and Chablis 1er Cru Homme Mort, producing very different styles, from steely and racy to powerful and rich.
Classic, cool fermentation in stainless steel at 15 - 18 degrees celsius.
